In collaboration with Diving Rock, LLC, King Pine Homes rehabbed and retrofitted a commercial building on Washingington Avenue in Portland, Maine. The building was once an auto repair shop but is now being repositioned as the new home of the Portland Gear Hub -- a non-profit outdoor gear shop. In addition to improving the energy efficiency of the building, we improved the curb appeal to create a more inviting retail space.
